THE PINE PROJECT
The Massapequa Project is the prime example of a dramatic conversion of a small garage. The focus within this limited space was functional efficiency. This design included a full gut, new insulation, pine board on all walls & ceiling, Race Deck flooring, track lighting, bluetooth sound system, electric baseboard heating, Gladiator GarageWorks cabinetry and wall track, Master Blaster car dryer, Reel Craft air reel, Lift Master 8500 series garage door opener and a fold-away work bench. To save space, a garage Vac and compact air compressor were placed in the attic above. As you will see from the before and after photos, the transformation was dramatic!
THE FAST LANE PROJECT
A dream transformation to this 2.5 car garage. This design included raised ceiling framing to 9′ clear, new insulation, wainscoting on the lower walls, shiplap on the higher walls & ceiling, Race Deck flooring, track lighting, bluetooth sound system, split system heating and cooling, cabinets by Haley, Lift Master 8500 series garage door opener, fold-away work bench, garage Vac, compact air compressor, Cox reels and a Big Boi air dryer. This was and amazing transformation!
THE SIMPLE PROJECT
This was a budget friendly design that included Race Deck flooring, Ulti-Mate cabinets, Gladiator GarageWorks wall track, and a basic AV solution. Simple and functional!
